The IR said they are at the auditors and just waiting on the auditors to get to them. When they do get to them, they should not take long to do because they are in order, well done and complete.

The auditors are also familiar with SEGI because they have done theirs before so that, too, should make it happen more quickly.

What we have been told is the financials will be positive, but don't expect something in them that will be earth-shattering. What we are excited about is the financials being posted, being positive and going current and then the "news/PR" that will be following. See the D/D and stickies to understand why the excitement over that.

If you own one or more of the 312 million float, you will be excited, too. If you don't, you should get it as soon as you can, because you probably will not be able to afford it very soon.
