Is there a risk that the us and European regulators agree that stem cells are non patentable technologies? If so I assume this would kill all regenerative medicine pharmas instantly! Does anyone have a status of this? Assume big pharma would push for this as to restrict any transformative shift in the industry they have such a influential hold on the FDA. That recent article about isco disputing this in the European courts is alarming to say the least.
