Yes a R/S is coming and there is no way to avoid it unless the Authorized is raised to 10 billion or more so the Dilution can continue.
Has a ounce of Oil been produced for the 3. 5 Billion shares out there now?

The answer is No, nothing has ever been produced, except Dilution.
