Thank you for your reply. I really see no reason to not hold this for a bit. Nothing I have seen indicates that PHOT management is guilty of anything but perhaps a little stupidity, which in itsself is surprising but not fraudulent. I understand that their procedure in compensating directors with undervalued shares may have been improper and that's all. I've seen a few situations in pennyland before and not all of them ended badly. Anybody add to that? Anybody??
