Yes, Patrick Powers was appointed on 3/19. Looking at the Court Records, he has not filed anything on Peter's behalf. Looks like the last motion to the Court was the one prepared by Krazy Kerry. It is too late now for Attny. Powers to file any motion within the seven day notice rule.

Are we sure that Peter is still represented by counsel...IMO I do not think so.

The fact that the attorney has not filed anything is systematic that he has not been paid his retainer.

This will be the third attorney on record that has not been paid and has withdrawn.
