Who gives a rats ass? Did his kids buy those shares? No, he took shares out that he previously put in because he realized JBI needed them. He had returned millions upon millions of his own shares to the company and the shares in the children's trust were further needed to help the company's progress. Do any of these actions negatively affect the plastic to oil technology? No. If anything they helped it by providing much needed resources at a time where there were few. Do you even know how hard it is for a start up with no profits to raise capital and not screw all previous investors? John was looking out for his p2o investors. Please provide proof of otherwise. Sorry, but there isn't any. Probably why all allegations against the company were withdrawn, case was settled and nothing criminal was charged. Not to mention the Sec attorney who was fired right after the case.
