You may very well be right about him but if what most of these "Experts" are saying is True and Know one, not even company CEO's, know that the SEC is about to shut them down, then how could he have known to dump his shares? And if he did somehow know that the SEC was about to do that then "How could he be that Stupid, to try to sell them the day before!?!"
Like I said, Maybe your right and maybe not. The FACT is that None of us have enough evidence to convict Anyone at this point.
