Nothing will happen next week. No point in Treaty doing anything with the Stockton as Heart Land will force Treaty to sell it to help pay off some of the over $400,000 bucks Treaty owes them. I'm sure Heart Land doesn't want the lease as it's not worth the trouble to them. The next question is... How is Treaty going to satisfy the Judgment with Hear Land and the many, many other folks Treaty owes money to??? They do not have the assets to cover thier debts....

Wouldn't that mean they are bankrupt???
