It's like Californian wage earners coming in and buying cheap real estate in neighboring states. They bid high just to get what they want and then the natives can't afford to keep up.

It messes things up.

LOL and if it wasn't so desireable to live here and people would stop moving to CA, then it wouldn't become so unaffordable for us to stay here! :)
