True.... My concern is more related to Andy's "STRATEGIC" False & Misleading PR's.

He has already crushed the stocks PPS to almost no bid, and almost every PR is non-verifiable or just regurgitated BS of previous PR's. Andy could close shop right now and there would be nothing anyone could really do at this point. Thus the Reg A buyers would have their money and Andy would have his. Sadly, even IF Andy is on the up-and-up, the share structure is equivalent to being trapped a couple miles down in a fools gold mine shaft!

I have rarely shorted stocks, but I'm putting together a strategy right now to primarily short the the OTCQB Pennies as the new rules begin taking place!
