DSCR is one of the only companies I've researched devoting efforts to create and benefit from land deals, acquisitions, leasing and I'm sure with farmers/growers coming under the DSCR umbrella (Residual) income from harvesting is being considered.

Along the lines of our VPR LOI since it wasn't completed in mid March like originally stated, that deal may or may not happen.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Real Estate side of the equation though and as DSCR becomes more than just a player in the hemp/MJ playgrounds it is very likely we could be on the verge of the next big MJ play in line to produce 1,000% gains or more.

taking 1 Billion shares out of the market was a strong indicator that these guys are serious about jumping into the water ... not just dipping in their toes.
