April ROI update

I spoke with Winston Johnson (WJ) last week after trying him for one month straight of unreturned calls and emails.

WJ said although things appear quiet, WDMG is still in business and to expect updates. WJ said he couldn't say much as WDMG has some legal issues they are dealing with but that things are still moving forward. It could tie in to the promo that was supposed to happen a few weeks ago, March 10 - 15. It would also explain the very large volume that came out of nowhere


There are 2 recent cases I came across recently

The 1st case was closed in August 2013 with Coral Capital Partners - they tried to force a CH7 liquidation. The court ruled the liquidation N/A


Several Companies were recently reinstated in NV after the Coral Capital Partners Ch7 case was dismissed:



Current Companies in NVother than the 2 listed above:
1) SUNLAND CONSTRUCTION OF EUNICE, INC.(MODIFIED NAME)
2) KYMBERLYTE PRODUCTION SERVICES INTERNATIONAL, INC.
3) SENTINEL SYSTEMS, INC.

The 2nd case was supposed to have a hearing in January 2014. This is WJ vs. David Gochman aka David Gordon and not specifically WDMG. I don't see any further updates on Pacer re: the outcome, but WJ create a new entity in GA on Jan 28th. Could very well be tied to a positive outcome


To me it seems once all the legal issues are solved with WDMG we'll either get 1 of 3 things:
1) Revival of Winsonic
2) Reverse Merger
3) Both

The company anticipates a reverse merger in the near term in order to grow and expand its customer base,core business,capital base,and shareholder value.

THE CASE FOR MJ
Taking all the above into consideration, that WDMG is cleaning up legal issues and plans on updating investors, there was a PR back in 2010 that should catch everyone's attention:

VIPMEDRX links the patient to a social networking site which will connect them to patients with similar health conditions. This is expected to open up more opportunities to discuss alternate forms of treatment and promote information sharing. Patients can also exchange ideas and feelings with empathetic sources.
