Agree upside coming SMVR has been trading down on relatively low volume so it's not dilution of any consequence just someone or mm's trying to load up here for some announcement. SMVR was .15cents in late march! with a low float= big move coming. Look at the ChiOsc (chaiken oscillator) this is generally accepted as a forward looking indicator.
