So you honestly think saying a quarterly report was submitted in October to all shareholders is against the NDA?? Now that's funny.

Types of filing?? There was no filing, they are dark. They either had a complete report or they didn't. They sent it to shareholders or they didn't. The NDA would only apply to the release of information within the report. Show me where the NDA states you cannot say what kind of report this is, and neither can you say when you received it. You do realize that sounds ridiculous. Oh I can't wait to get this next report, though I haven't been sent an NDA yet to sign, so maybe everyone will see it, or no one will. Again, too funny.
