Their lawyer decided to play underwriter analysts investment banker and a regulator.

TA lawyer refused SIPC lawyer letter and all docs filed and yet to be filed. The Company is now looking for a second lawyer and ways to deal with this TA!

It is my opinion, that one would expect to need definitive proof that this was sent from their email/ IR.

As well, it's been adeptly noted that many of us have been in contact and have been anticipating updates. The movement to another TA is a matter of $ and this CEO has it. Not worried even if true. Even so- I'd expect the company to produce such significant tip dates to the public.

Volume is picking up - shares will be scarce under .01 shortly. Off she goes
