Trust me,(or not) the pps is well on it's way with very little effort IMO. WNTR is steady gaining traction, and momentum, and with having no debt, millions in asset, steady gaining revs, and not billions of shares hanging around, that alone will drive the PPS to where it needs to be and beyond, IMO , it's only a matter of time. I doubt it will happen over night, ( although that may be possible too) but it will happen. Audited Fins. will most likely come out early July, that's the equivalent to checking to see if the gold is real. I suspect they will surpass our expectations, as I said, Frank tends to be modest in his expectations, which is a very good thing.

If you are looking for a quick payday, WNTR may just provide you with that, but if you are a long, put all the money you can afford to live without into WNTR, and it' will probably be the single most important move you have ever made in your life. IMO of coarse.

If you have not had the chance to read stinson's post on the recent phone call he had with Frank, I am posting it below this message.

My talk with Frank Kristan today: Part 1

We've been playing phone tag for over a week now. The call lasted almost an hour. I PMd several of you on this board and hopefully got some sort of clarification. 1st and foremost I wanted to know about dilution. Verbatim he said "The filings for the retirement of the debt is completely done." I'm sure this is public knowledge somewhere BTW, as he nor I would want issues with the SEC. (I know he had some years ago and he even spoke of that) He stated that he is not selling, and that the top 3 holders in the company haven't sold a single share.

When asked how many people are currently working, he said 6, several as advisors. They are based in Williamsburg and recently (April 1st) took lease of a large office building. He spoke about their building of the company, and not involved with the daily trading of stock. He said its the normal buying and selling that's to be expected but his interest is in long term, and very soon we'll see some developments that they feel will secure them the .07-.10 PPS required for where they need to be at a market cap. He mentioned $75 million to a little ver $100 million. He said they are very doable numbers and they feel they're well on their way.

They are presently working on "Portfolio Companies" to create more liquidity and significant benefit to shareholders. He said their model is CODI which I think he said trades on NY stock exchange, but the model is very similar. He mentioned its a Conn. based company.

All my opinions are just that, opinions.
