the late filing is an important mis-step and one that can be corrected. The true problem with NVOB is not the product, straegy, business plan, etc.

It is the whole public company communication and promotion. Every company most promote itself. Apple does how many commercials, public events, endorsement deals, for what reason? To be in people's minds to buy products and their stock.

Now, I am not saying that NVOB is going to do what APPL does, but, they need to step up their focus and execution in this area:
- Website is crap. I know that a new website is on the way, but they are taking way to long to get it done.
- Progress PRs. They need to show the speed that these "pilots" turn into more than that.
- CEO: Stephane seems to be CEO in name only. He has made no statement, nothing on twitter, anywhere about his company, anything to indicate he gives a crap about it.
- Share structure: I took TOO LONG for them to tell us anything about the share structure and they need to do a better job of making the whole thing crystal clear to any newbie that is interested.

This stock COULD rise, but they need to be more professional about their outward appearance. They are definitely not ready for OTCBB or NASDAQ.....
Those are "small" but important things that can go a long way to drive confidence.
