Was reading a few tweets and someone said expecting La Jolla Pharmaceutical to merge with MultiCell Technologies given MultiCell needs to meet the .01 requirement. Being La Jolla is MultiCell biggest shareholder (10% or more) from what I heard does anyone see this possible?

On April 1 Facebook MultiCell said they were looking into possibilies, perhaps this is one? Any other possible thoughts what they might do?
