...there are about 5 of US - US who control the 26MM shares.......and unfortunately, Guy made THE DECISION...........whatever or however much that was..............

...I would have voted to follow thru with the APPEAL.....the Billy Blair/HIGHLANDER CAPITAL folks controlled nearly 20MM shares and they backed Guy...............and then Guy settled..............ALSO, it just might be for more than the $1.25 p/s................and there could be some FCNCA stock in the deal......we'll see......

...more informed folks than me claim UWBKQ shareholders are getting $5.50 p/s worth of something........................
