I already addressed this issue. The dividend is clearly not going to be in the form of cash or shares of Dutch, but one can only assume it will be in the form of some "soon to be formed" new company which Dutch may own a percentage of along with Dutch shareholders who received the 10% dividend.

Last week you said your re-entry was .0017 and I think you made a good call. I called .0021 which probably would have held well had it not been for the continued broad market weakness. Hopefully you took your own advice and took advantage of the exacerbated opportunity.

I think you and others could be looking the proverbial gift horse in the mouth at the current price. Time will certainly tell. Best to you regardless.
