The new management for MonArc Corp. will want the stock that they now own to reflect the real value that they worked hard to achieve at FlexPower. So! with FlexPower as a subsidiary to MonArc Corp., all revenue and assets are reported on MonArc Corp. balance sheet. Just imagine! how big the account's will grow for the management. I think we are "Golden" here Folk's.
