your theory with regard to Mr. Zampetti is misplaced.

Are you suggesting that SCRC's SEC filings incorrectly named JOSEPH ZAMPETTI as well as a small army of other individuals who all happen to be cohorts who know each other? Was the SEC filings supposed to have named a JULIE ZAMPETTI or a JOSEPH ZUCCHINI? Was JOSEPH ZAMPETTI falsely named?

Or is it the statement about him and his bottom-feeding core who also took shares being criminal parasites? If this statement is "misplaced", please do show me just one Section 17(b) disclosure from anyone identified in the SEC filings. Or show me the addendum to Section 17(b) that states that it is a crime for everyone on the planet EXCEPT for JZ and his gang?

Please do explain to me why JZ intentionally withheld his compensated status if what he was doing was on the up and up? What possible reason could there be for a pumper like JZ to want to withhold such legally required disclosures, hmmm? I'll give you a hint: There is only ONE reason why a compensated promoter who has millions of shares of restricted stock coming to him would elect to break the law and hide his true compensated status. Please don't tell me that you need me to draw a picture in crayon for you.

I certainly think he has been instrumental in promoting SCRC but I understand that he lost a significant amount of his own money when the money runners came in that day.

Boo-hoo. So his losing money makes it OK that he conned countless other innocent retail investors out of a ton of money? Excuse me while I vomit in my mouth.

I find it to be a hilarious act of poetic justice that MR did to JZ what JZ did to countless others. How pathetic is that for a pumper to get duped by another pumper. The funniest part is that MR fully-disclosed his promotional status and everyone knew MR was a hit-and-run player, whereas many of JZ's victims had ZERO clue that JZ had a financial conflict of interest.

I do not know why it seem like there is a personnel vendetta against him

It has nothing to do with who JOSEPH ZAMPETTI is. It could be anyone. But it just so happened to be JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his crew in this case.

I am flummoxed that any investor would even question why it is important to expose paid promoters. If you were a new investor who stumbled onto the board, or if you were "invited" to SCRC by someone who was unbeknownst to you as being an unscrupulous promoter, would you not want to know that the stock is currently being pumped by promoters who have a clear conflict of interest because their restricted shares are just now unlocking and they are trying to pump the sp up so they can dump on you?

If you were a parent looking for a daycare provider for your newborn/toddler, would you not want to be made aware of any potential providers who are registered sex offenders?

If you go to a restaurant, do you not want to know whether this restaurant has a history of health code violations and has been shut down multiple times in recent months due to repeated instances of food poisoning of guests?

If you are looking for a contractor to remodel your kitchen and bathrooms, do you not want to know whether this contractor has had his contractor license revoked or has been sued in the past for shoddy workmanship, abandoning projects mid-stream, or using illegal and hazardous chemicals?

To the many questions I have received of why would I continue to warn people of the paid promoters who are currently swarming around, I would turn the question to you and ask you: Why do you feel this is inappropriate? Why do you want the paid promoters who have taken money directly out of YOUR pocket already to be able to continue to run their scheme unfettered and steal more money from more unsuspecting honest investors?

And to the question re: Why do I keep posting on it? Well, I have answered that question many times on both directly and indirectly, so I question whether you truly want to know or care to know. I'm not sure that explaining it one more time will make any difference to you nor will it satisfy your pre-conceived notion and faulty conclusion that you have already drawn for yourself.

So long as I am a shareholder in SCRC and the individuals I know to be crooks continue to tout BS and poison-laced kool-aid, I will continue to point out the faulty logic contained within their touts.

But let me be clear:

JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and many other members of the Core who are identified in SCRC's Q's as being paid promoters are criminals. They are knowing violators of Section 17(b).

If you cannot see or refuse to see the clear conflict of interest they have in this current period involving the unlocking of their restricted shares, then quite frankly you are on the path to losing everything.

Their touts contain mis-statements and half-truths that are luring innocent investors into making devastating investing decisions, and that angers me. Perhaps that doesn't anger you, and perhaps you are so deep in red in your own ledger that you are willing to lure others into losing money in hopes of saving your own portfolio. That is your decision to make and your conscience you have to eventually answer to.

Me? I despise cheaters and thieves. JZ and the rest of his core minions stole enough during the epic P&D last summer and many people lost a lot of money due to these scoundrels. They are now back for a second bite of the apple. I do not believe that they deserve to able to shear the same flock of retail sheep again. Crime should not pay. Is it really that difficult to understand this principle?

And, FWIW, I had previously offered in a public post that all JZ and his gang had to do was to immediately begin including the legally required disclosures in their profiles and posts, and I would be happy to not only stop busting their nuts through the woodchipper, but would even go out of my way to repeatedly praise them for making what I know would be a difficult -- but right -- decision. They wouldn't even need to stop pumping. Heck, SCRC is a penny stock and crazy comments are simply part of the territory. BUT, at least this time, they would be accompanied by the proper legally required disclosures, so this time it would truly be 100% all on the investor who chooses to buy, hold, or add knowing full well that the poster he relied upon was a known compensated promoter. Caveat emptor the way it was intended to be.
