The Government is not allowing the GSE's to save and have capital for a downturn in the housing industry. They are taking all the profits and keeping them for preparing for a downturn. We are being set up for failure. We need a judgement from the judge to protect our ability to survive. Our lawyers need to ask the judge to set up a holding account for all future profits until this is resolved in the courts. This is not unreasonable.
