153m shares already, does that mean that the 26m shares earmarked for the S1 was BS or will they just rise the number of authorized shares.....again?

Anyway with 23m shares issued since year end they should be close on the ca 10musd that they needed at that time. Just like RD I wonder what use they have for a bond now? Share buybacks? Or some new urgent project that needs to be materialized before shareholders can reap?
I still dont get why they need to dilute the hell out of us when positive cashflow and megafarm is around the corner, and apparently it goes the same for the rest of the market!
