Here is all I could get from Les today. Some questions were not answered. I tried to smooth out most of his answers.

1. Question: Has partner "C" made a non-refundable deposit and or a security deposit that will not be returned to partner "C"?
Answer: YES

2. Question; If this set date or scheduled date for the ADL JVA announcement is not on or before April 30th, then will the ADL JVA
announcement be made within five (5) days prior to or during the shareholder's meeting on May 11th, 2014?
Answer:YES

3. Question: Is partner "C" a well financed mining company (entity)operating out of Peru?
Answer: YES BUT I NEVER SAID PERU

You referred to several documents in your answer to me this week that were being expected via FedEX.
Les previous email to me:
"Making sure all the original signatures are on hand. As if a few minutes ago waiting for fedex to pick up 3 originals and a second fedex to arrive here."
5. Question: Are the documents referred to in the above answer from you, original ADL JVA documents or are they operating agreements for the ADL mining efforts?
Answer: AUXILIARY DOCUMENTS

6. Question: Is all the remaining paper work, (documents) being signed or worked on at this point relating to the operating agreement.
Answer: EXCEPT FOR THE FINAL MINING PLAN AND AS I SAID THEY WILL HAVE CREWS ON THE GROUND AGAIN NEXT WEEK FINALIZING THAT

7. Question: Can or will you tell us why the ADL JVA announcement date keeps moving or being rescheduled?
Answer: ALL TO DO WITH LAWYERS

You have said your travel to South America is unscheduled, yet one shareholder is saying that you will be traveling to South American on or before April 30th.
Answer: AT THIS MOMENT I DON’T HAVE CLEARANCE TO TRAVEL ANYWHERE I AM IN THE HOSPITAL AGAIN ON APRIL 22 TO GET A BETTER IDEA

8. Question: Will you be traveling to South American on or before April 30th and will Greg be accompanying you on this trip?
Answer: GREG WILL ALWAYS BE WITH ME

9. Question: If you are traveling to South American on or before April 30th, will be you be traveling to Peru and also to Chile?
Answer: I HAVE TO TRAVEL, IF I CAN, TO THE OTHER AGM ON APRIL 30-I WILL HAVE TO WORK AROUND
ALL TRAVEL ISSUES UNTIL I KNOW BETTER

10. Question: Please define for us what you mean when you use the words "set date" when you refer to the ADL JVA announcement.
Answer: JUST THAT A SET DATE
