Forget the 700 mil dollars and concentrate right now on the 90 mil dollar Phase One that Prime Focus is contributing 40 million value to. The land is there for everything. Let's walk!! and then Run!!!!!!!!!!! Walking is slower but you get there just the same. IMO I firmly believe that they will begin construction in May as planned.
