No, this will never, EVER be resurrected.

Scams that have been chilled, suspended, and sent to the Greys do not, ever, come back.

Perhaps Rox or some of her clown pumper crew is trying to create the illusion of life. Who knows what game they are up to. All trades of the grey's have to be matched so it's pretty obvious these are wash sales, or Rox moving shares between her several dozen personal corporations.
