The old website was not very good. It needed replacement, IMO.

I am reading the whole translated document now. Reformatting as I read. Will email it to people as I said. Everyone has my email address. OK ?

THIS DOCUMENT SOUNDS JUST LIKE A PROJECT that Lex van Arem told me about, maybe 2 to 3 years ago. I used to call him every six months or so, and he was a gracious person on the phone. I still think he was a completely failed President of Dakshidin, but he was always gracious to me.

ANYWAY, what I am reading is exactly what he told me about on our last phone call. YIKES !!!
