Currently, at the average over the last few days they could convert the $2.2 million share note into approx 7 billion shares. $2.2 Million / (.0004 X 80%) .00032 = approx 7 billion shares. Now if they have been shorting 7 billion shares since October 2005 when the price was .008 high, then you have a profit of 7 billion X .00768 = Approx $54 million profit! NOT BAD FOR A $2.2 MILLION INVESTMENT! All at the shareholders expense!
