I feel so sorry for anyone that has their shares locked up in this company. I don't want to be seen as a basher.

I bought in at .09 a couple months ago, thinking that NTEK was on to something great, but I sold everything at around .10 and .11 when I realized that this company just has a huge history of delays and just overall not delivering.

What some of you have to realize is that trading for a company such as this one can be suspended in the blink of an eye. That doesn't mean the company no longer exists or that they have to shut down completely. They still exist and are fully operational, they just no longer trade on the market because of some questionable practices.

I hope I'm wrong and this company takes off both in the market and I guess you could say "in reality," but at this point I would take my profits or losses while I still can and just write it off on my taxes because this company does not seem to be going anywhere.

Anyone who is saying that other companies such as Amazon and Apple have their history of delays as well is also comparing apples to oranges. The NP-1 is basically supposed to be this companies flagship product, their claim to fame... If Amazon has a delay, they have tons of other guaranteed ways to generate massive revenue, and the same with Apple... This company, not so much.

This is all my opinion and I hope I'm wrong. I just lost a portion of one of my investments, risking it in a FULLY REPORTING company(PHOT) that appeared to be on the right track, but was still suspended by the SEC and I don't want to see any other people go down the same road. Don't let the hype or your dreams blind you from the reality about the way these stocks typically operate.

Good luck to everyone still invested in this company and I wish you all the best.
