Jay there are plenty of documents saying the merger took place. And every one of the DFI board members back then have sworn it took place on paper or in court. Alan Sloan and Simpson have signed a document confirming it took place. Simpson has sworn in court it took place and didn't challenge it in the 2002 court case against him. If there was another document and Simpson destroyed it that's TMM's problem, its not needed.

You keep forgetting it doesn't matter. You can't challenge something from 14 years ago in court. The judge said statute of limitations still applies, she's just letting the jury confirm it.
