I am one of those shareholders who did not want this company stolen from us, what's left of it anyway, so that others can make off with the only thing left of value this company has, the shell. It's that's simple, you aren't going to steal from me and get away with it, it's a never ending cycle in the penny stock world and some of us are sick of it.

I can name dozens of companies who have done the same thing, and would be more then happy to show that to judge, more then happy to show the judge how the current shareholders lose and a few insiders gain from this type of BS in the penny stock world. To bad for those who attempted this with these current shareholders, it wasn't as easy as you thought it would be. Good luck.
