My shares are in a cash account and not used for shorting, I asked. Scott Trade is looking itto it for me and said they have never had anyone call the TA beforeto verify stocks! I called back the TA and she answered and I have talked to her three times now. She assures me there are only 22 share holders, but 16 mil are some big broker and perhaps Scott Trade is held through them some how. It is being looked into. Scott Trade says my stocks are held electronicly and could not give me a certificate number, as I wanted to be listed as a share holder. I also asked the TA when the last time AURUS asked for an up dated share holded list and she said not in over four to six months.
