Explain to me how they would trade? Which one would keep the exbx shell and trade with its cusip number? Would there be a new cusip number for our new shares or the same one as the current exbx shares, will we have two different share structures?

All info that could have been cleared up in a well written PR, an ability the current "BOD" has continually lacked.
