I disagree completely. If it was a disaster there would be legal measures and things being done about it by authorities, but nothing has been done and we are trading.

I guess Mario has 0 experience, look like he will have to learn quickly! Because I am a shareholder I'm going to go ahead and make the blind, ignorant assumption that he's fully capable of learning the ropes quickly, it's probably not all that complicated.
