Don't give up on CHRI.
They have almost always been late on filings, as with most Chinese companies. It is harder for them, and recent changes to U.S. laws and regulations have not helped make it any easier.
I think we will be pleasantly surprised, however, when they do file the 10K, as the last quarter showed that revenue had turned around and was heading up again, after several down quarters.
Last year, they did not file the 10K until April 30, so I would be looking for it around that time. I do wish they would have at least filed the NT-10K, to indicate the late filing.
