What seems to be the problem?

You have nothing to worry about.
Even if they do a 5 to 1 reverse split with the stock trading at .03, the stock would be then trading at .15 cents.
Seems pretty simple. So instead of having 100k shares at .03 which equals $3000.00 you would have 20k shares at .15 equaling
TA DA.... THE SAME!! $3000.00.
Shares outstanding would be 120 million instead of 600 million.
