the question posed was about the longevity and time remaining on the patent for specifically "cell in a box".....and you answered back with "tredemark" info which only protects a name or logo which i could care less about. You might of meant well but but you say " we have lots of time left" your inconsiderate reply was putting out the wrong information........6 plus years on a patent that will dwindle down to under 5 years after fda approval "if" we get it......that simply is NOT LOTS OF TIME LEFT compared to the close to 20 years pharmaceuticals get.

furthermore the assumption by some on this board that just changing the medicine in this delivery system called cell in a box will give it a new patent when the patent is clearly for the "tool" and not the medicine in it..............is beyond a careless reply,,,,,,,,esepcially when they keep telling others to do their "homework".

if we can generate anywhere near a billion a year in revenues.......or even 800 mil in revenues for 5 years this will still be a good company for sales........just not this rocket ship to a multi billion dollar company in 3 years that some jokers think.....

I am glad to see any connection to von hoff but those that say he "chose" to be with "US" is" VON HYPE" ...............his company has done an exhuberant number of trials for multiple companies.....it didnt mean he believed in them........it meant it needed to be tested first, and approved before he "believed" in them....the more compamies that sign up the better.

I liked phase two trials and thats why i'm long....like i said before..you cant fake death or longevity of life in clinical trials.....theres something here but they will have 5 years to exploit it with the possibility of extension"no guarantee"............use those variables when assuming a future market cap and good luck to you....

another interesting side note comparison is that i watched rgdo get "fast track trials" recently......trade at 13..........anounce a secondary offering later in a week,,,,and slowly crash down to 6 within a week as thats what the secondary was priced at for some strange reason.
this is a dangerous market.........good luck
