I believe i tried correcting you in other words. It was both the outstanding and the authorized shares that will be reduced. You thought just the authorized shares would be reduced. My only mistake was the new number of shares as a whole. I stand corrected on that. So the new outstanding shares will be reduced to 168 million shares. Down from 188 million shares. The company still have 500 million shares which could be dumped if they wanted to. Instead, they will burn half those shares, leaving the new authorize shares to 250 million shares that the company has to dump. In all, we would have about 420 million shares around the company. That's both a/s and o/s. I don't see the point in the company buying back any of our shares being they have eneough to sell themselves unless they are simply concerned with the number of shares in the float. That's nice.
