Depends on how you read the chart. I see it differently. You are correct that the A/D line is showing a massive selloff. This is impatient investors who think this is a dead stock. They are bailing because they cannot see the future. Just a game that is played in the penny stock world. The object of the game is to get those baggers to release those shares at a huge loss because they have lost hope. Hype got them to buy because they saw the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Now they see this as a chunk of coal.

Now as for the entity IAW Websters:

en·ti·ty noun \'en-t?-te, 'e-n?-\

: something that exists by itself : something that is separate from other things

plural en·ti·ties

Full Definition of ENTITY

1a : being, existence; especially : independent, separate, or self-contained existence

b : the existence of a thing as contrasted with its attributes

2: something that has separate and distinct existence and objective or conceptual reality

3: an organization (as a business or governmental unit) that has an identity separate from those of its members

Examples of ENTITY

One division of the company was broken off as a separate entity.
<the question of whether extrasensory perception will ever be a scientifically recognized entity>

Origin of ENTITY

Medieval Latin entitas, from Latin ent-, ens existing thing, from coined present participle of esse to be — more at is
First Known Use: 1596

Surely if the entity does not exist as some suggest then they couldn't be dumping. To hear the tail there is no one home to turn the lights on. It has been tossed to the curb and no one could possibly use the corporation shell because it is riddled with so much debt that it would be impossible to revive it. I am pretty sure I have heard that here before in no uncertain terms at least multiple times daily in cut and paste posts.

Now read the chart again. We note that the A/D line is dropping which tells me that the investor is dumping this stock due to loss of hope and we know the entity does not exist as some say then who is buying? We also can check the real time sales. Note that some sales are black which is something other that a bid or ask transaction.

Once we note all these factors we can determine that someone was buying the shares in big blocks earlier and now are buying smaller as the PPS could be forced up as less and less shares are in freely traded hands. So who is buying all those shares? Now you can start proper DD and start to see the real picture.
