the SEC was not formed just yesterday. They know the impact and the implications if they are wrong in suspending a stock. IMHO they are sitting on hard evidence of fraud.



I agree! I lost 40K in EQBM in 07' from the SEC suspending trading in what they called "Operation Spam A Lot"..LOL Someone did something highly illegal, but I just wish the SEC had a better approach of protecting/notifying the current shareholders before basically wiping them out in one fell swoop! I feel terrible for all involved because this was kind of the flagship MJ penny stock and gave the sector a bit of confidence. JMO
