We have applied for MMPR licenses In our wholly owned subsidiaries, Biocell Labs Inc (Quebec Pharma facility) and iJuana Cannabis Inc. (Squamish BC) and we have another application in with Experion which we own 25% of through Northern Vine which has also applied for a Controlled Substance Licence "CSL". This is a different licence and to the best of our knowledge no other applicant has thought of this approach. The CSL allows us to deal in Narcotics

Two of the three deficiencies have been submitted to Health Canada for the CSL at Northern VineCanada Inc. The third is our requirement to have the PhD's and our Masters of our two Managers reviewed by a Canadian University for the equivalency of the Country's they received their degrees in.

Abattis Bioceuticals International was set up to Acquire 51% of Phytalytics LLC. which was announced this week. The information about the company is available here http://www.phytalab.com plan is to apply to the Washington State Liquor Control Board for an analytics license and as other states became legal take the success from this lab and set them up in select states so we can ensure safe efficacious product for those who use and or work with it.
