It was only 2.8 billion about 6 weeks ago? My bad, I knew there was a lot of dilution, but wow. Doubling in six weeks is nuts.

Regardless, even 2.8 billion is a lot of shares to suddenly hit the market all at once. Particularly if there is a sizable reverse split prior.

I do have 50 of the preferred shares so I would love to be wrong. Hell, who knows. Maybe the PPS will be at $100 by then and these dividends will only dilute it to $50! LOL
