I've thought about that a few times when I've seen these suspensions. Not sure what the answer is because to protect potential investors from jumping in, you have to stop current investors from being able to sell to them. Not sure how you can ever suspend or stop a scam without harming everyone who is invested.

A very bad situation all round, no one wins



Totally agree, just think the SEC could put a "chill" on the Company officials stock while they are under investigation and notify the public at the same time. This would lock up the company officials from selling and give the current shareholders the decision to risk a potential halt or try and sell. When they do it this way it gives the current shareholder no choice at all, but they certainly allow the choice for investors to buy!!
