I emailed the ceo earlier today and I got this response he sounds a little frustrated but fuck it we got our hard earned money in this and we believe in this company so like MONEYMADE said he is getting a crash course here is his response :

There are two options. 1) Quickly file un-audited financials with OTC; or 2) File audited financials with the SEC. We have chosen to file audited financials so that GeoTraq can be listed on the bulletin board. The accountants are currently working on this and we should be fully reporting soon. Then expect the CE to be removed from OTC Markets.
