chklingon: I posted this earlier today but in case you didn't see it. I was involved in one of these in the 1980's and the end result was I got 10 cents on the dollar of what I lost on the stock. The second one I got years later I tossed in the trash. I have already signed up with the law firm for this one just for nothing better to do being fully retired but I don't expect even 10 cents on the dollar if the litigation gets that far. The attorneys on the first one got most of the settlement money....oh well that is our legal system.
