I have to admit that it appears STBV is not doing anything illegal other than their False & Misleading initial PR of purchasing Bearpotinc before it was even registered as a company, AND that they stated they were proceeding with upgrades to the facility and would be planting in the first week of March.

So far I know of CANN and PHOT as being halted by the SEC....does anyone know of others?
