I'm so frustrated with ISRG! I did a single site robotic gallbladder case today and it was such a pain! Only one surgical assistant is trained in single and is on vacation. There are so many steps to docking this huge robot through a single opening. I'm not sure it's worth it anymore. This may have been my last. I think the rep didn't show up because I complained about the Xi (not his fault of course). A higher up in the company wants to meet me tomorrow. I think I'll wait for SPORT.
