Thank you sir. Yes, it is despicable the manner in which the SEC has handled this situation. Whoever the real culprits are will probably get away with a slap on the risk and then the poor shareholders that have put their hard earned dollars into this stock will walk away with nothing. Another example of our wonderful government serving its people. The SEC should spend more time going after market makers that exploit the PPS for their own gains but instead this bloated bureaucratic division of the government goes in with a wrecking ball and destroys shareholders equity.
