Well, we have the first weasel clause:

An audit of the financial statements of SK3 for the two prior fiscal years and to date has been initiated and the registration statement will be filed by Acquisition Corp. as soon as the audit has ben completed.

That was supposed to have been started in June of 2013 - what is the problem. I think we all know - they will never be completed and this merger will go the same as all other mergers with SKTO.

The 8-K is full of misspellings.

This should be fun going through the 8-K.
